Interested in a beef share? Let’s chat!
Beef shares are available in quarters, halves or whole. When you purchase a share, you will receive a Cut Sheet from the locker allowing you to choose which cuts of beef you would like. We can answer any questions you have any cuts, average size/lbs per quarter, half, etc. We advise getting on the list as beef shares get spoken for quickly! Beef shares are typically available in late July or early August.
