What a talking piece at the supper table! Our tomahawks are mouth watering, prime grade and SO DANG GOOD. Each tomahawk is 2-2.5lbs.
Tenderloin medallions - $30/lb
New to our lineup this year, and we are sure glad we added them! The tenderloin medallions are SO flavorful, tender, and have been a favorite with both adults and children. They are quick to thaw, quick to cook, and quick to disappear off the plate!

One of our personal favorite cuts. Best served medium rare or rare. Great on it’s own, in sandwiches, or make a hearty meal pairing it with potatoes and vegetables.
Tritips are 2-2.5lbs each.

whip up your favorite hearty beef stew or throw the stew meat in the air fryer for steak tips. Either way, you’ll find our stew meat to be tender, flavorful and easy to use.
Packages are 1-1.5lbs each.
Beef shares
Beef shares are available in quarters, halves or whole beef. When you purchase a share, you will receive a Cut Sheet from the locker allowing you to choose which cuts of beef you would like. We can answer any questions you have about cuts, average size/pounds per quarter, half, etc. We advise getting on the list as beef shares get spoken for quickly! Beef shares are typically available in late July or early August. We offer beef shares to our returning customers before opening the beef shares up for public, so getting on the waitlist is well worth it!
